Mitigation Claims Analyst

Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. We are looking for a Mitigation Claims Analyst to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Dublin! The Mitigation Claims Analyst will be responsible for managing and revising estimates and notification alerts for water restoration services. Reviewing all insurance program work estimates for accuracy and compliance to the service level agreements and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Review all restoration estimates for accuracy and national program compliance Collect and submit completed job files for payment Act as a liaison between the organization, both company owned and franchise operations, and our customers Partner with Franchisees to ensure accuracy of estimates as well as exceptional customer service Track the day-to-day aspects of National Water Vendor Programs Assist management with implementation and development of Water Restoration related services

Requirements:

Experience with processing property and/or desk claims Knowledge of the following a plus: Xactimate, MICA, Symbility, MS Office Communicating effectively with associates, internal customers, and management Attention to detail Team oriented Why Stanley Steemer?
