Record necessary data on daily reports and work center schedules Communicate with Lead or Supervisor to mix according to production demand Follow company formulas and standards Operate scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braziers, chocolate and margarine melters Report equipment issues promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area Work at a pace consistent with the production line What You Need to Bring to the

Mixer Role:
