Mixologist

Overview We are seeking a skilled & passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team in a vibrant pub/restaurant environment. The ideal Mixologist candidate will have a deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Mixologist, you will create unique drink experiences that enhance our guests' dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create drink pairings that complement menu offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously enhance drink offerings. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or mixology within the food service or restaurant industry is required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn about new beverage trends. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
