This position is salaried and includes a full benefits package, including low-cost health insurance, and 401(k) company contribution of 5% and company match up to 3%.

Find out more about Weyerhaeuser at www.weyerhaeuser.com and learn our Story here: https://youtu.be/c2R_lQ7wo0A Qualifications Be able to work shift assigned, can include nights and weekends Be able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areas Be able to lift 2-50 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, and stand or work for 4 hours as needed to supervise hourly employees working 10- or 13-hour shifts Ideal Candidates will have: Wood products experience Experience as a lead or held other leadership roles We sustainably manage forests and manufacture products that make the world a better place. Compensation:

This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $69,000 - $104,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement:

Paid Time Off or Vacation:

We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment.
