Salary Range:
$36,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a high sense of ownership and accountability Driven, competitive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results Open to coaching and able to apply feedback effectively Confident and comfortable building relationships with new people daily Previous experience in sales or leadership is a plus, but not required Genuine interest in long-term career growth, leadership development, and entrepreneurial opportunities Responsibilities Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through networking, referrals, and ongoing communication Deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, objectives, and long-term goals Execute daily performance activities, including outbound calls, scheduled appointments, and timely follow-ups Monitor key performance metrics and refine strategies to drive continuous improvement Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, planning, and overall business strategy Engage in continuous professional development focused on sales, operations, and leadership growth Take on expanded responsibilities over time, including strategic planning, mentoring team members, and supporting overall team performance
