What You'll Do Drive a company-provided mobile grooming van to client appointments Deliver professional grooming services for dogs of all sizes and breeds Create a calm, safe, and comfortable grooming experience in a well-equipped mobile environment Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and maintaining a professional, friendly presence Observe pets' coats and skin during grooming and communicate any health concerns to owners Keep the grooming van clean and organized, sanitizing tools and equipment between appointments Maintain accurate grooming records and follow all safety, hygiene, and animal welfare protocols Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely and productive appointments Compensation 40-50% commission based on experience Daily earnings of $300+, depending on appointments and schedule 100% of tips go directly to you Pick your hours — with additional earning potential for weekend shifts Long-term growth opportunities within an established, expanding business Benefits Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid sick leave Paid vacation Education support: grooming courses, competitions, and certifications Company van, equipment, and supplies fully provided What We're Looking For At least 1 year of professional dog grooming experience Prior mobile grooming experience is a plus Strong skills in breed-specific and general grooming techniques Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds Experience with cats is a plus Portfolio required — please include grooming photos with your application A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to providing excellent care Excellent time management and customer service skills Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards Experience with Pet CRM software (MoeGo) is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Saturday or Sunday availability is required
