• $8,000+ per month

Compensation:

50/50 commission on all grooming services 100% of tips go to groomer Consistent scheduled appointments provided (no self-booking required) Realistic earnings: Entry/steady groomers: $4,000

• 5,500/month Experienced full-time groomers: $5,500
• 7,500/month High-performing groomers: $7,500
• 8,000+ / month

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring an experienced Mobile Dog Groomer or Salon Groomer to join our growing mobile grooming team in the Cleveland area. You will work in a fully equipped mobile grooming van servicing scheduled clients at their homes. This role is ideal for groomers who want: higher earning potential independence on the road consistent daily appointments no salon overhead or booth rent

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform full-service dog grooming (bath, brush, trim, breed-specific cuts) Travel to scheduled client locations in a mobile grooming van Handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments safely Maintain grooming van cleanliness and equipment sanitation Provide professional customer service to pet owners Follow daily routed schedule (no marketing or client hunting required)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

) Applicants must meet ALL of the following: Minimum 2 years professional dog grooming experience Experience with breed-specific cuts and coat types Ability to work independently without supervision Comfortable working in a mobile grooming environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong animal handling and safety skills No beginner groomers or training-level applicants will be considered

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Mobile grooming experience Grooming certification or training school completion Strong speed and efficiency in grooming workflow Customer communication experience

Fully equipped Mercedes Sprinter mobile grooming van provided All tools and supplies included Daily routed appointments provided No salon booth rent, no walk-ins, no double booking
