What Youll Do Perform on site maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on medium and heavy duty trucks and fleet equipment Complete PM services and inspections thoroughly and accurately Identify defects and document findings clearly Submit accurate parts requests when needed Take photos of failed items and recommended repairs Complete technician stories, inspections, and digital procedures in full Perform basic welding and fabrication repairs as needed Maintain a clean, organized, professional service truck Represent Synergy professionally with customersWhat Were Looking For 5+ years' Experience on medium and heavy-duty trucks required Strong diagnostic ability preferred Ability to work independently in the field Dependable and self-motivated Professional communication skills Valid drivers license required (CDL is a plus) Comfortable using a phone or tablet for work orders, inspections, and communication Welding and fabrication experience is a plusWhat We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company service truck for qualified technician Paid vacation and sick time Retirement options Growth opportunities Strong team culture with clear standards and respect for skilled techniciansWhy SynergyWere not just fixing trucks.
