Mobile Home Park Maintenance Guy

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Mobile Home Park Maintenance Guy to keep our community safe, functional, and visually appealing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, performing general repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the mobile home park. Your energetic approach and hands-on skills will help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care, mowing, landscaping, and gardening to maintain attractive outdoor spaces Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, tree care, and tree trimming to promote healthy growth Operate power tools, hand tools, lawn equipment, and heavy machinery such as excavators for various maintenance tasks Handle irrigation system installation, repairs, and adjustments to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Maintain the exterior of homes and common areas by performing repairs on hardscape features like walkways and patios Manage snow plowing during winter months to keep roads and walkways safe and accessible Assist with construction projects related to park improvements or expansions as needed Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and horticulture principles Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and effectively Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and tree care practices Experience with general construction work including hardscape installation or repair is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in maintenance activities Join our team if you're passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and ensuring our community runs smoothly! We are really looking for someone who has all around knowledge of refrigerators, plumbing, electric, specifically mobile home repairs. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
