Mobile Home Park Maintenance Technician

We are a rapidly expanding Mobile Home Park Investment and Management Company specializing in acquiring, stabilizing, and managing mobile home park properties where success is measured by performance. Our focus is providing management services, growing occupancy, and stabilizing the current footprint of properties while improving the quality and efficiency of our property management services with the primary aim of developing a scalable model, expanding the portfolio, and achieving exponential growth. We are seeking an experienced candidate for our maintenance staff . The candidate must have strong character, great communication skills, enjoyable personality and driven to produce results. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Grounds Inspection, Maintenance and Cleanup of Common Areas Unit Inspections and Make Readies Light Mechanical Work and Repairs Manage Subcontractors Work under the direct supervision of General Manager Water Meter Installation Skirting Installation Initial Make Readies Others as Necessary Deferred Maintenance Routine Maintenance Home Maintenance Emergency repairs Service order work derived from residents failing to complete corrective action Emergency Repairs such as water leaks and sewer blockages Maintain Rigor and Discipline around Service Orders Organize and manage equipment maintenance and storage Respond to

After Hour Calls Qualifications and Experience:

Professional Appearance Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician Professional Certifications (e.g., CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred General Mechanical Knowledge Reliable Transportation -- Preferably Truck Valid California license and insurance Own Small tools This is a great opportunity to be a part of a big vision and work with a fantastic team of top performers in a fast paced growing market.
