This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your schedule, bring your skills, and we handle the client side.

What this looks like:

$80 per service hour plus a $20 travel bonus, totaling $100+ per massage Flexible scheduling, work when it works for you Clients sourced through Harmony's established 25-year Bothell presence What we're looking for: A current, active Washington State massage license and professional liability insurance Real command of deep tissue and treatment-focused work, with solid assessment and charting skills Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and personal auto insurance Your own massage table and supplies A smartphone or tablet for managing appointments Strong time management and a consistent record of showing up on time A genuine interest in client wellness and helping people understand how to take care of themselves between sessions Why this role: Build a schedule that actually fits your life.
