Position Overview Bio-Care Services Inc. is hiring an experienced Mobile Phlebotomist to support our Nassau, NY service area. This is a field-based position for someone who is skilled, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently. The right candidate must have strong venipuncture skills, reliable transportation, good communication, and the ability to provide a calm and respectful experience for patients. Mobile phlebotomy is different from working in one lab location all day. You are meeting patients where they are. You are entering homes, facilities, and care settings. You are representing Bio-Care Services Inc. at every visit. The way you arrive, communicate, collect, document, and treat each patient matters. What You Will Do Perform mobile phlebotomy visits throughout the assigned Brooklyn service area. Provide a professional and compassionate patient experience. Verify patient information before each collection. Perform blood draws and other approved specimen collections as assigned. Follow company procedures and applicable healthcare standards. Maintain accurate documentation related to assigned visits. Communicate with the office team regarding schedule updates, patient concerns, or visit-related issues. Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Use proper safety, infection control, and PPE practices. Represent Bio-Care Services Inc. professionally while working in the field. Attend required trainings and company updates. Complete other job-related duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes the work seriously. This role is for someone who wants to do quality work and be part of a company with high standards. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience preferred. Strong venipuncture skills required. Experience with elderly, homebound, medically fragile, or difficult-draw patients is strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid phlebotomy certification if required by state law. Valid driver's license required. Reliable transportation required. Must be willing to travel within the assigned Brooklyn service area. Must have a working smartphone and reliable internet access. Must be comfortable using basic technology for work-related communication and documentation.
