We are currently looking for an experienced & skilled automotive BDC representative to join our team and bring an outstanding consumer experience to the table. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, texts, and online service requests Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments Communicate appointment details with customers and mobile technicians Follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate customer records and appointment updates Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working with phones, scheduling software, and texting platforms Automotive or BDC experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits Competitive pay plus performance bonuses Paid training and career growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment Full-time position with benefits available Join our Mobile Service team and help create a fast, convenient, and exceptional service experience for every customer.
