Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Technician is to Identify, Diagnose and repair/coordinate repair of mobile device hardware, software and application problems. The Technician will be responsible for Mobile Device operations, staff support, incident resolution, and supporting tasks that ensure timely, accurate and complete assistance to users.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Provide complete deployment of mobile device and required paperwork. Procure Mobile devices through company vendors Provisioning and de-provisioning devices Maintain accurate user documentation and mobile device information for cell phones, tablets and hotspots. Ship and track all mobile devices shipments. Collect, reassign, decommission, and dispose of obsolete mobile devices. Other duties may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.Education, Training, Certifications:
High school Diploma, or equivalent, required. Associate's or Bachelor's in Computer Science (or related), preferred. Certification as an Apple Genius (or equivalent), preferred.Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
3 years of experience supporting mobile devices and supporting remote users, required. Strong experience with Customer Service Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.Communication Skills:
Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.Systems and Software Skills:
Proficiency in Apple OS.Other Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Must be able to comply with SFPH's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement. Occasional travel required, up to 20%.PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
