Mobility Care Partner Williamsburg, VA

Overview LinkCo Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate, dependable Mobility Care Partner to support an aging adult client living in Williamsburg who has memory impairment and a dog in the home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping seniors stay active, safe, and engaged while providing transportation, companionship, and light in-home support. The current need is for a client requiring support Monday through Sunday for approximately 5-6 hours per day . There may also be opportunities to work with additional LinkCo clients, depending on your availability and interest. What You'll Do As a Mobility Care Partner, you will help aging adults maintain independence and quality of life by providing safe, reliable support, including: Escorted transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, errands, and personal outings Companionship and meaningful engagement activities Support with light household tasks as needed Medication reminders, when directed Assistance with routines that help the client remain safe and comfortable Communication with family members, responsible parties, and the LinkCo Care Solutions team Professional, respectful, and patient support for a memory-impaired client Ensuring the client is safe while entrusted to your care This position does not require medical care, but experience with memory-impaired clients is strongly preferred.

Requirements Qualified candidates must have:

Experience working with aging adults, seniors, or memory-impaired individuals Comfort working in a home with a dog A valid driver's license A clean driving record A reliable, well-maintained 4-door vehicle Ability to safely transport clients Ability to work independently and manage your schedule responsibly Strong communication and customer service skills Comfort using mobile scheduling or time-tracking apps Ability to complete LinkCo Care Solutions University certification course Clean background check Preferred qualifications: CNA, PCA, companion care, home care, or senior support experience Experience supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory impairment Prior experience with transportation, companion care, or caregiving services Why Join LinkCo Care Solutions?
