Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Basic math, medical terminology, and literacy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google Suite platforms and EPIC.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Enrolled in a Certified Nursing Assistant Program, Patient Care Technician Program or or health sciences program preferred. Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in health care is preferred. Minimum of 1 or more years of experience in customer service or patient care preferred. Possess knowledge of common hospital equipment used in patient care.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
