Job Description The HVAC Maintenance Technician will work in the yard performing preventive maintenance and light repairs on 3‑ton wall‑mounted HVAC units used on modular buildings. This is a hands‑on, steady role with a strong focus on reliability, teamwork, and quality.

Daily duties include:

Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC units (filters, coils, motors, capacitors, etc.) Basic troubleshooting and minor repairs Preparing modular units for delivery Working with the yard team to maintain equipment Learning the company's HVAC systems and procedures Supporting general yard operations as needed This role offers a clear path to becoming a field service technician once hired permanently.
