Mold Remediation Technician

We are seeking 5 motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Mold Remediation Technicians to work in Jacksonville, TX. This is a temporary, full-time position lasting 6 to 9 months, with a strong potential to transition into a permanent role for candidates who demonstrate an excellent work ethic and cultural fit. No prior experience is required; we provide foundational guidance, though preference is given to candidates with relevant backgrounds.

Clear pathway to permanent employment and industry certification. Key Responsibilities Perform daily mold remediation and cleanup tasks according to safety standards. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on-site. Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment. Follow project timelines to ensure successful completion within 6-9 months.

Physical Requirements Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for the duration of an entire shift.

Strength:

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Mobility:

Ability to safely climb ladders and work comfortably in varied physical environments.

Job Requirements & Qualifications Communication:

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Logistics:

Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.

Tools:

Must own a working cell phone for daily team communication and scheduling.

Certification:

Must be able to take a state-approved mold training class and obtain a Texas state certification (company-guided).

Safety & PPE Compliance:

Must undergo a respirator fit test and maintain a clean-shaven face daily to ensure a proper, airtight respirator seal.

Experience:

Prior remediation, construction, or restoration experience is preferred but not required.
