You will gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies in a highly regulated environment, contributing directly to products that support patient health and medical care. Work Environment The entire facility operates as a clean room environment with strict GMP and cleanliness standards. Upon entry, employees use a dedicated gowning room where they clean off their shoes to remove dust and dirt, then fully gown up before entering the clean room. While on contract, workers clean and cover their shoes; once permanent, they receive dedicated footwear such as Crocs for use in the clean room. Each workstation includes an injection molding machine and a computer/microscope station positioned behind the operator to support inspection and documentation tasks. The role involves working with silicone rubber molding, injection molding machines, brake press machines, and other production equipment. Shifts are structured as 1st shift (5:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.), and 3rd shift (10:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.), with overtime that may include 8-hour Saturdays.
