Job Description
Job Duties:
This role is responsible for following up with the title companies on any missing information and collecting the information to clear the condition to get the loan pushed through. There will be email communication and actually calling the title companies. The Mortgage Closer will be supporting various Channels. The individual acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities may be limited within a specific function/channel or across functions/channels Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of loan Closing, titles or escrow experience Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans 1-2 years - processing assistant Encompass experience preferred First Shift hours M-F ,Local to Plano area Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
