Motel and RV Park Manager

Job Overview Are you looking for a rewarding position in a mountain town? Alpine Lodge & RV, a locally owned 11-room motel, lodge, 35-site RV park, and storage facility, is seeking a full time manager to help run our operations! You'll be the go-to person on site, creating a welcoming atmosphere while keeping standards high across the board. Responsibilities Oversee and perform daily operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and guest relations Lead and support staff through training and scheduling Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained Manage reservations and payments Step in to resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience Skills & Qualifications Experience in hospitality, motel, or hotel management Cleaning motel rooms & maintaining high housekeeping standards Laundry, ordering supplies, and inventory management Light landscaping & property maintenance Hiring, training, and scheduling housekeeping staff Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment Handy and willing to handle a variety of tasks Additional Opportunity for spouse/partner employment: Part-time housekeeping Maintenance Barista role in our on site coffee shop Full-Time Onsite Manager •

Salary:
