Motor Vehicle Clerk

Position Overview G Motors of Old Bridge is a high volume pre owner car dealership in Old Bridge NJ. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized DMV Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the title and license plates processing department, ensuring that all documents related to motor vehicle transactions are accurately prepared and processed. This position requires a strong understanding of state of New Jersey Motor Vehicle laws as well as other out of state basic rules and regulations knowledge, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and process title and plate documents for our customers in compliance with legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the title database. Assist in resolving issues related to title documents in a timely manner. Work closely with the Managers. Qualifications Prior experience in title processing field is required. Strong understanding of NJ MVC laws and regulations. Excellent research skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using Dealer Center Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
