WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Cross Country Cycle is searching for different levels of service technicians (Levels A, B or C) to fulfill our tech team for the season. We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional capable of making a difference as an individual and working as a team. We offer a positive and dynamic environment and a very competitive remuneration package. Prior experience in a motorcycle or automotive service is considered an asset.

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

Complies with Cross Country procedures and expectations and completes the repair work in a competent and timely manner to ensure the best customer experience to build strong CSI and a loyal customer base. Achieves service labor hour goals and job efficiency/productivity goals. Completes and remains current on all manufacturer and store training requirements. Help to identify additional customer service needs to heighten customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional attitude and image in the store. Assist in maintaining the Service Shop.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and assembly of motorcycles and documenting work to manufacturer and store guidelines. Diagnosing and repair of motorcycles as directed by the service writers and service manager. Completing and remaining current on all required training requirements established by the store and manufacturers we represent. Following all store rules and regulations for job performance and safety.
