In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the technical workflows related to motor systems, ensuring efficient manufacturing and maintenance processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and excellence. Duties Develop and maintain detailed schematics, CAD drawings, and AutoCAD models for motor systems and related components. Conduct root cause analysis on motor failures or performance issues to identify underlying problems and implement corrective actions. Assist in project scheduling for maintenance, fabrication, and assembly tasks to ensure timely completion of projects. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and improve workflow efficiency. Collect and analyze data from manufacturing processes to identify trends, optimize performance, and support process improvements. Support fabrication activities by using hand tools, soldering components, and assembling mechanical parts according to schematics and specifications. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including mechanical inspections, repairs, and calibration to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during construction or installation of new systems or upgrades. Requirements Proven experience with project scheduling, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting motor or automation systems. Proficiency in Auto
CAD, CAD
software, and reading technical schematics is essential. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical wiring, soldering techniques, and data collection methods. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks. Familiarity with manufacturing or construction environments is preferred. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system diagrams accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail and safety standards. Math skills sufficient for technical calculations related to system performance and measurements.
