Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Motorsports Service Technician and fuel your passion for high-performance vehicles! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Honda motorcycles, ATVs and related powersports equipment. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle performs at its peak, delivering thrilling experiences for our customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorsports vehicles using specialized automotive tools and equipment Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections Assemble, disassemble, and repair engine components, chassis parts, and other mechanical systems with precision Utilize power tools and hand tools efficiently to complete repairs and upgrades Execute welding, soldering, and mechanical fabrication tasks to modify or enhance vehicle performance Assist in heavy lifting tasks safely to handle large parts or assemblies during repairs or installations Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance needs, and performance upgrades clearly and professionally Requirements Dealership experience or previous service technician experience in automotive repair highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques Mechanical knowledge of brakes, suspension systems, engine assembly, and vehicle assembly processes Experience with automotive repair including brake repair, suspension work, and general mechanic tasks Ability to lift heavy components safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively Valid mechanic certification or equivalent hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair Familiarity with sales processes related to vehicle upgrades or accessories is a plus Join us in delivering high-quality motorsports service that excites enthusiasts while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment!
