Mover with Driving Experience

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Mover with Driving Experience to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading household or commercial items, ensuring a smooth and efficient moving process. Duties Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmission to transport items between locations. Load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment. Assist customers with moving their belongings, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Plan and follow optimized routes for timely deliveries and pickups, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, utilizing straps, blankets, or other securing methods. Maintain cleanliness and routine inspection of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to coordinate moving schedules and ensure efficient workflow. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or moving operations with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and heavy lifting techniques. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members. Physical stamina for manual lifting, bending, and moving heavy items safely.
