Mover/Driver - Home Staging

Furniture Mover/ Driver Home Staging The Basics:

• 1-year minimum experience moving furnishings
• Experience driving a large truck up to 24 feet (CDL not required) (Experience driving a manual transmission a plus)
• Dependable transportation to and from our warehouse in Lynnwood, WA.
• Physically fit able to lift/carry/push/pull 50lbs
• 100lbs with assistants
• Professional, Reliable, Friendly and Easy going
• Have good to excellent oral and written communication skills
• high school or GED
• Current Valid driver's license with proof of current insurance
• Clean Driving Record with 2
• year abstract
• Cell phone with data plan
• Checking account for auto deposit payments
• We are a smoke free environment and expect that you not smoke in our warehouse or vehicles.

The Work:

• Proficient driving a moving truck up to 24 feet
• Lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs + on a consistent basis 100lbs with help
• Efficiently load/unload truck without damage to items or surroundings
• Maintain trucks and warehouse keeping furnishings protected from dirt and damage
• Take direction from designers and stagers
• Capable using hand tools and some power tools.
• Ability to assemble furniture, bed frames etc.

The Hours:

• Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or until the job is done.
• Most often days are shorter than that but must stay on job until completed
• Some Saturdays and Sundays when jobs come up at the last minute.
