Position Overview This role is a combination of moving, packing, warehouse organization, furniture installation, and driving company vehicles to and from staging projects. Every day is different, and the ideal candidate enjoys staying active and working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Load and unload furniture, décor, artwork, rugs, and staging inventory Properly wrap and protect furniture during transport Drive company box trucks and cargo vans to project locations Assist with staging installations and destaging projects Pack and organize inventory in the warehouse Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse spaces Safely assemble and disassemble furniture when needed Work efficiently with the logistics and design teams Follow company procedures for inventory handling and property care Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift and move furniture regularly Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Punctual and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes Moving, warehouse, delivery, or staging experience is a plus Ability to drive a box truck is strongly preferred What We're Looking For Team players with a great attitude Someone who takes pride in their work Strong attention to detail and care for clients' homes and furnishings Motivated individuals who want to grow with the company Professional appearance and communication skills Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional evenings or weekends during busy season Full time and part time opportunities available Benefits Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and team focused culture Opportunity to work in beautiful homes throughout the DMV area Competitive pay based on experience Pay $18 to $25 per hour based on experience and driving ability Location Based out of Northern Virginia with travel throughout the DMV region.
