Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Advance your healthcare career by leveraging your expertise in MRI technology in a dynamic hospital setting. This opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging and ensuring patient comfort throughout the process. As a valued MRI Technologist, you will contribute to accurate diagnoses and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification and registration as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent) Demonstrated proficiency operating MRI equipment and related imaging systems Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience optimizing image quality while minimizing patient exposure to risk Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on patient care Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders, protocols, and safety guidelines Prepare, position, and monitor patients during imaging procedures with sensitivity and professionalism Maintain accurate patient records and complete all documentation in a timely manner Ensure proper operation and maintenance of MRI equipment; coordinate troubleshooting and repairs as needed Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to deliver precise, timely imaging services Monitor and adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times
