Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract position is ideal for professionals who thrive during night shifts and value opportunities for flexible scheduling.
Schedule:
5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (Nights)
Hours:
11:00pm-7:30am, Monday-Friday Some scheduling flexibility available, but primary need is 3rd shift No on-call required Preference for candidates able to assist with holiday coverage; if scheduled during multiple holidays, at least one holiday shift is expected
Qualifications:
Active certification with ARRT(MR) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Extensive hands-on experience operating Siemens MRI equipment Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours Previous experience in a busy hospital or healthcare facility setting Comfortable contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered team
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans and ensure optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis Safely position and monitor patients throughout procedures, providing clear explanations to minimize anxiety Maintain compliance with protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines Document procedures, observations, and relevant patient information promptly and accurately Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other imaging professionals to coordinate care Assist colleagues by offering flexibility with scheduling, especially during holiday periods This 13-week contract offers the chance to contribute valuable skills while gaining experience in a respected healthcare environment known for innovative imaging technologies.
