Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity as an MRI Technologist, delivering high-quality imaging services within a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Your expertise in magnetic resonance imaging will be essential for supporting diagnostic decisions and ensuring exceptional patient care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist program ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in MRI Proficient in operating MRI scanning equipment and imaging protocols Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI safety standards Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans according to established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all stages Obtain and verify patient information and clinical history to ensure appropriate imaging Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, monitoring patients throughout examinations Operate and adjust MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and facility guidelines Practice universal precautions and MRI safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries Collaborate effectively with radiologists and medical staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes This contract position provides an excellent opportunity to advance your skills and contribute meaningfully to patient diagnosis and care.
