We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team of technicians and avionics specialists supporting turboprop aircraft operations. You'll take ownership of daily maintenance execution, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performing team that delivers top-tier results. This is more than a management role—you'll be at the center of operations, influencing safety, efficiency, team development, and customer satisfaction every single day. What You'll Be Doing Lead the Operation Own all maintenance and avionics activities—inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and return-to-service Drive daily workflow, labor planning, and scheduling to hit delivery targets Partner cross-functionally with quality, parts, and operations teams to keep everything moving Ensure Compliance & Quality Maintain strict adherence to FAA regulations (Parts 43, 91, 145) Ensure accurate documentation and audit-ready operations at all times Oversee tooling, calibration, and overall shop readiness Build & Develop a Strong Team Lead, mentor, and grow a team of approximately 15 technicians and leads Create a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Support skill development and career progression across the team Drive Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce turnaround time Use data and root-cause analysis to solve problems and improve performance Recommend upgrades in tooling, equipment, and workflow What Success Looks Like On-time aircraft delivery with exceptional quality A highly engaged, skilled, and accountable maintenance team Consistent FAA compliance and audit readiness Improved shop efficiency and reduced rework Strong collaboration across departments High customer satisfaction and trust

Job Requirements:
