Day shift: (5am-3:30pm)Schedule:
Monday - Thursday (Overtime available on Fridays)Pay:
$23/hr (Raise after training period) (Up to $26/hr after 90 business days)Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled MRO Technician to join our dynamic aviation maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and Troubleshoot:
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in various aircraft components to ensure safety and functionality. +Repair and Maintain Aircraft Systems:
Repair or replace power systems, motors, avionics, and other essential aircraft parts. +Component Replacement:
Use hand tools and power tools to replace defective components with precision and efficiency. +Quality Control:
Inspect replacement parts for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. +Technical Documentation:
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical diagrams, and repair procedures to guide accurate repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer and regulatory guidelines. +Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance tasks.Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- + Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations, preferably with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Desired Qualifications:
- + FAA Certification (or equivalent) preferred, but not required. + Previous experience with aviation power systems, motors, and avionics. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
