MS Controller/Accounting Manager

Job Description Controller - Cost Accounting & Process Improvement (Manufacturing) We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead cost accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement within our finance team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in job costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and ERP systems. The Controller will partner with operations and leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and financial discipline across the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee cost accounting (job costing, standard costing, variance analysis, overhead allocation). Lead process improvements and ERP upgrades to streamline operations. Prepare and present cost reports, KPIs, and financial insights for leadership. Mentor and train the accounting team to strengthen cost accounting knowledge. Support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with GAAP. Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). Progressive accounting experience, including Controller or senior cost accounting roles. Strong background in manufacturing or project-based environments.
