Ensures appropriate supervision, accurate documentation and related reporting occurs in a timely manner and in alignment with MHY goals and strategies. Must be able to work some flexible hours, including evenings.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts individual and group supervisions with MST therapists on a weekly basis to ensure the fidelity of the MST model, including its principles and processes. Provides individual supervision to MST therapists as necessary in support of competency development and appropriate delivery of MST treatment. Ensures accurate documentation of clinical services to permit appropriate peer and supervisory review, and to meet the reporting needs of funding and referral sources. Effectively serves as a liaison to referral sources to promote MST services. Responds to staff therapist performance problems promptly and effectively, and defines related goals and timelines within performance plans to support outcomes. Ensures that each therapist has a Clinical Development Plan that is reviewed monthly and revised as needed quarterly. Addresses administrative systemic and operational obstacles, either individually or with the Director as needed. Ensures that administrative or clinical support is provided to therapists as needed, including urgent or emergency circumstances. Ensures that therapists are available to clients as needed to promote engagement, and that all therapist are achieving engagement with clients as anticipated. Provides organizational, clinical and MST Psych training to staff therapists on both a group and individual basis as required and necessary. Ensures that assessments are comprehensive, multisystemic, and provide adequate information to identify the causes and correlates of referral behavior in order to direct effective treatment within the environmental context. Collaborates with the MST Psych Expert to ensure that research or quality improvement measures are accurately collected and reported, and to develop feedback, resources and training to MST Psych team. With the MST Psych team, collaborates with the team Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioner on psychiatric and medical issues that pertain to youth and their family members. Completes all documentation in an accurate and timely manner in support of organizational and treatment objectives, including that which is necessary for State, County or managed care audits. Collaborates with staff, other managers and partnering agencies in support of outcomes and objectives set forth by MHY. Attends group and team meetings as required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for overseeing staff MST therapists. Qualifications EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field of study, and demonstrated success in the delivery of clinical treatment in family or marital therapy, as is prior experience in the treatment of disorders in youth and adults. Use of behavioral therapy and experience treating trauma strongly preferred. Must be 21 years of age with current FBI and Act 33/34 Clearances. Prior supervisory experience required. Current PA state driver's license with evidence of an insurable driving record required. Must possess demonstrated PC skills including common MS Office applications.
