07/01/2025 SUMMARY Assists with the day to day operations of the opening room including daily work flow, reports and documentation as well as troubleshooting operational issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizes staff to process and complete the daily processing of donor mail. 2. Communicates to staff assignments of daily work and any necessary changes to the normal workflow. 3. Generates daily report on production levels. 4. Ensures returned items are processed in a timely manner. 5. Acts as back-up person for manager, corresponds with different departments, and answers questions or completes requests as needed. 6. Handles lower level postal issues. 7. Troubleshoots equipment related issues. 8. Keeps manager updated on any issues relating to Donor Relations. 9. Tracks inventory of supplies on hand and order as needed. 10. Schedules maintenance as needed on department equipment. 11. Processes all payable invoices and maintains records. 12. Maintains various department records and spreadsheets. 13. Resolves escalated donor issues/ phone calls. 14. Drives staff in St. Labre vehicle when security is not available. 15. Performs other tasks as assigned by the Donor Relations Manager. Assists in other departments as needed. Types various correspondences as needed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations. Ability to perform basic computer troubleshooting and resolve basic issues as needed. Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Willingness to work overtime, if needed, including weekends during peak busy seasons. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations and with other employees.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Montana Driver's License. Completion of St. Labre driver course insurance approval.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
