MT/MLT/MLS

certification Proficiency in blood bank testing, serological/micro testing, microscopy, and clinical chemistry Strong venipuncture skills Experience operating and troubleshooting chemistry analyzers, UA analyzers, hematology analyzers, and coag analyzers Ability to adhere to universal precautions and lab safety protocols Excellent communication skills and professional conduct Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality Nice to

Have Skills:

Blood bank experience (type, RH, antibody screening, compatibility testing, QC) Familiarity with Cerner EMR system Experience with other specialized laboratory testing

Preferred Education and Experience:

AS or BS degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field Previous clinical laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with rotation if necessary Willingness to work per diem, with no guaranteed hours Blood bank experience is a plus but not mandatory Certification and licensure reimbursements when applicable We offer highly competitive pay at $43.55 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a rewarding referral bonus program.
