This role is for someone who can coach both adults and kids, lead engaging group classes, build strong relationships with members, and help grow our youth Muay Thai program. Job Title Muay Thai Coach / Kids Program Coach Location Phi Phi Artland Job Type Part-time / Contractor Job Description Phi Phi Artland is seeking an experienced Muay Thai coach for: Adult group classes Kids Muay Thai classes Private training sessions The ideal candidate has previous Muay Thai coaching experience, strong communication skills, and enjoys building community through martial arts. This position also includes helping develop and grow our kids Muay Thai program through class structure, retention ideas, and local marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Coach Muay Thai group classes for adults and kids Teach private sessions Create a positive, disciplined, and welcoming training environment Assist in building and promoting the youth Muay Thai program Help with beginner onboarding and member retention Collaborate on kids program marketing and growth strategies Represent the gym professionally in and outside class Preferred Qualifications Previous experience coaching Muay Thai Experience working with children Strong understanding of Muay Thai fundamentals and pad work Reliable, professional, and energetic Comfortable leading classes independently Bonus if experienced in sales, community outreach, or martial arts program growth Compensation Paid per class Paid per private session Bonus structure based on sales and program growth Higher compensation percentage tied to the kids program About Us Phi Phi Artland is a community-driven wellness and martial arts space in St. Petersburg, Florida, combining Muay Thai, yoga, art, and wellness under one roof.
