$22.29-$32.18/hour
Skill Pay:
Additional $2.60/hour
Signing Bonus:
$2,500 total $1,000 at start $750 at 6 months $750 at 9 months Overtime available Stable, long-term manufacturing environment Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Multicraft Maintenance Technician to support industrial manufacturing operations. This role requires strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fabrication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex production equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and high-voltage electrical circuits. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment Repair motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, and mechanical components Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and compressed air systems Install and troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase Work with AC/DC control voltage circuits Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and CNC-controlled equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Cut, weld, and fabricate metal Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Document work in CMMS systems (Maintimizer preferred) Support Lean manufacturing and process improvements Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge PLC, VFD, and CNC troubleshooting experience Ability to read schematics and blueprints Knowledge of rigging and lifting techniques Physical Requirements Ability to wear PPE, Stand/walk on concrete 8-10 hours per shift Lift up to 100 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and working in confined spaces
