THE ROLE
Multimedia Account Executive — Full-Time | In-Person Adams MultiMedia is on the hunt for a driven, digitally savvy sales professional to join our team as a Multimedia Account Executive. This isn't a desk job where you wait for leads to come to you — this is a role for someone who builds their own book of business, earns trust with local and regional clients, and designs advertising strategies that genuinely move the needle.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — helping local businesses leverage the full power of digital and multimedia advertising: Prospect and close new business with a digital-first mindset (SEM/PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Video, OTT/CTV) and a print option Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover what clients really need — then build campaigns that deliver Act as a trusted advisor: regularly share performance data, optimize campaigns, and deepen client relationships Collaborate with our internal team to craft compelling, data-backed proposals Hit (and exceed) revenue targets — because that's what great salespeople do
WHO YOU ARE
2+ years of sales experience; digital advertising sales is a major plus You can talk SEM, SEO, ROAS, CPC, and programmatic without breaking a sweat You've worked in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and know how to manage a pipeline You're a natural communicator — confident in presentations, sharp in negotiations Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but thrives in a team environment Google Ads or Analytics certified? Even better.
