About the Role The Multi-SiteResidential House Manager oversees the daily operations of multiple residential homes, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered support for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role provides leadership to House Leads and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) while supporting the Assistant/Director of Residential Services. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support Supervise, mentor, and develop House Leads and DSPs Delegate tasks and hold staff accountable Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support Lead monthly staff meetings and attend service monitoring reviews Operations & Compliance Coordinate staffing and schedules across assigned homes Respond effectively to crises or behavioral escalations Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and agency standards Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, families, and external providers Promote a positive, inclusive team culture Support diverse teams with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Person‑Centered Support Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals served Train and coach staff to provide respectful, holistic care Required Skills & Abilities Strong written and verbal communication Excellent organization and time‑management Ability to prioritize, delegate, and maintain confidentiality Flexibility to work on‑call and fill shifts when needed Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar) Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required) 1-3 years of related experience, including supervisory roles Ability to pass criminal and registry background checks Maintain insurance qualifications and obtain Class E driver's license Complete and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and Positive Behavioral Support certifications Working Conditions This role requires adaptability in a dynamic environment.
