Compensation:

$30.00 / hour

Schedule:

Flexible, varying week-to-week | 30-40 hours per week | Shifts range from 4-9 hours per day (scheduled between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM)

Starkey Ranch, Odessa, FL Position Overview We are seeking a deeply dedicated, highly organized, and multi-talented professional to join our family long-term. This blended role combines newborn doula care, attentive nannying for three older children, and efficient household assistance. The ideal candidate will become a trusted mentor to our children and a vital partner in keeping our busy home running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Newborn & Child Care:

Provide expert care for our newborn, alongside active, engaging nannying for our 2, 3, and 6-year-old children each whom attend school and daycare.

School Runs:

Assist with daily school drop-offs and pickups (school is located 1 mile from our home).

Household Assistance:

Manage light daily chores to maintain a tidy home, including family laundry, dishes, and kitchen upkeep. Deep cleaning is handled separately.

Family Logistics:

Handle grocery shopping, running household errands, and nutritious meal preparation.

Mentorship:

Act as a positive, nurturing role model and mentor for all four children as they grow.

Role Requirements Certification:

Must be a certified Doula through a reputable, recognized organization.

Safety:

Current, valid CPR and First Aid certification required.

Flexibility:

Ability to adapt to a fluctuating weekly schedule within the 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM window.

Commitment:

Looking for a stable, full-time position with a desire to commit to our family for at least several years.

Transportation:

Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record for safe school transport.

Pay:

$30.00 per hour
