Duties Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate designs using color theory principles Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tones Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories using retail math skills for effective upselling Stay current with industry trends in nail styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and other beauty services to offer innovative solutions Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care procedures Strong knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and sanitation protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Experience in applying gel nails, acrylics, and performing advanced nail art is preferred Familiarity with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, body waxing, dermabrasion, or barbering is a plus Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a positive client experience Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for beauty meets exceptional service!
