Nail Technician Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through high-quality treatments and outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment while staying updated on the latest nail trends and techniques. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Showcase enhanced knowledge of nail art and design, gel polish, extensions, cuticle care, shaping, filing paraffin was treatments, and massage. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries. Sanitate tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay informed about color theory to assist clients in selecting the best shades for their nails. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client nail care routines. Exercise knowledge of standard safety procedures/ OSHA Build a returning clientele Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. At least one full year of top quality Nail Technician experience in a spa setting. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including nail anatomy and health, is essential. Familiarity with current nail trends, techniques, and products is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
