Nanny

Job Overview We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while supporting the developmental needs of children. Duties Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times during scheduled shifts Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions when necessary Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play Assist with daily routines such as diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times Maintain cleanliness of the child's play area and related spaces through light cleaning tasks Administer basic first aid when needed and handle minor injuries promptly Support children's learning by implementing preschool activities or teaching basic skills Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Provide caregiving support for children with special needs or disabilities when required Qualifications Prior experience with childcare, babysitting, nannying, or daycare settings Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus Ability to cook simple meals and perform meal preparation tasks Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is desirable Strong communication skills and patience when working with children and families Reliable, responsible, and able to handle emergency situations calmly Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a caring attitude is essential for fostering a positive environment for children
