Position Overview A warm, welcoming, and busy family in North Hampton is seeking a loving and dependable nanny to care for their two young boys beginning in June 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced caregiver who enjoys working with toddlers and preschool-aged children while creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment. Mom is a surgeon and Dad serves in the active duty US Air Force, so the family is looking for someone who is highly reliable, flexible, and excited to become an important and trusted part of their daily lives. They would love to find a nanny who enjoys interactive learning, encourages curiosity, and values kindness, communication, and consistency. The family hopes to have the nanny begin in mid June to allow time for a smooth transition and shadowing period before Mom begins work in July. 6:30am to 7:30pm The family is hoping to find a nanny who can provide flexibility with scheduling while maintaining a dependable and positive presence for the children. About the Children The oldest boy is 3 years old and is thoughtful, curious, and initially shy when meeting new people. Once comfortable, he becomes very talkative and loves asking questions. He has nearly completed his first year of preschool and will begin PK4 in the fall. He enjoys books, learning activities, and working on early reading and math concepts, along with social skills such as sharing, manners, and taking turns. He is fully potty trained, communicates very well, and takes a daily nap after lunch. The youngest boy is 2 years old and also tends to be shy at first, often staying close to Mom initially, but he warms up quickly with engagement and interaction. He has attended daycare since infancy and enjoys books, counting, letter recognition, and social learning activities. He communicates clearly in full sentences and naps daily after lunch for approximately two hours. Both boys enjoy a variety of foods including fruit, meats, English muffins, and breakfast favorites. The family enjoys introducing new foods and expanding the children's palates. Neither child has food allergies, restrictions, or medications. Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care for two young boys Assist with preschool and daycare drop offs and pick ups Plan engaging, age appropriate learning and play activities Encourage social development, manners, sharing, and communication skills Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children Support nap routines and daily structure Maintain cleanliness and organization of child related areas Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment Communicate openly and professionally with parents Home Environment This loving family values teamwork, warmth, and consistency. They are hoping to welcome a nanny who will become a long term and trusted part of their household. The home also includes two friendly family dogs, a goldendoodle and an aussie doodle, both of whom are gentle, well behaved, and wonderful with children and visitors. Driving is an important part of this role, and the family prefers that the nanny use their own vehicle for transportation needs. Gas or mileage reimbursement will be provided.
