Opens a new window. Marissa Aro,15758 Wyburn Lane, Victorville, California 92394, (904) 790-3149, is looking to fill 1; Nanny positions from April 1 2026 - March 31 2029. This is for temporary, full-time one time occurrence employment. Duties include Provide attentive, nurturing care to toddlers (ages 1-4); Support developmental milestones (language, motor, and social skills) through play, storytelling, music, and interactive activities; Plan and supervise daily routines, including meals, naps, playtime, and outings; Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks; Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment; Assist with potty training and diaper changes; Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and emotional development; Monitor health and safety at all times; administer basic first aid if necessary; Communicate regularly with parents regarding daily activities, progress, and concerns; Perform light household tasks such as children's laundry, tidying play areas, and cleaning related to childcare; Drive children to and from activities as needed. Requires at least 6 months of experience as a nanny, childcare provider, or in a related childcare position caring for children young kids; Must have CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 15 days of hire); Must have a valid California Driver's License (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire/arrival in the US; Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs and actively engage with toddlers; Flexible schedule for occasional evenings or weekends. This position pays $19.33per hour and typically requires work five days per week, including weekends and holidays as needed. Days and hours of work per week as 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Will perform nanny services in San Bernardino county in California with occasional travel to Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles Counties. Overtime may be available and will be paid at the overtime rate of $29.00 per hour. A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Pay period is weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Housing is not provided. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workers are dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs for return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workers originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economically and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. Reimbursement in the first week of work for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the worker (but not included passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job and on the job training on the proper use of tools and equipment. The employer guarantees, as required by law, to offer work for the hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.
