Compensation:

Approximate yearly earnings for this role can range in the $80,000 - $90,000, depending on the experience.

Position Overview:

A private family in Summit, NJ is seeking a warm and reliable full-time Housekeeper/Nanny to help with household upkeep and childcare. The role includes cleaning, organizing, and family-style cooking (simple cooking). Infant experience is a huge plus! The position is team-oriented, working alongside other household staff. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to the family's needs. A valid driver's license and confidence driving are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily and deep cleaning of the home, including children's areas and common spaces Handle family laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care Provide nurturing and attentive childcare, ensuring a safe and engaging environment Prepare healthy meals for the children and family, following recipes as needed Assist with meal service and clean-up Manage grocery shopping and household supply inventories Run errands such as returns, dry cleaning, post office visits, etc. Supervise children during swimming or pool activities as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a private household Strong, verifiable references from current and previous employers Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) Experience caring for multiple children, including toddlers and school-aged Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable Highly organized with strong attention to detail Valid driver's license Legal authorization to work in the U.S. SSIN789
