This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while fostering their development through playful learning Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences. Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate learning experiences. Maintain a safe environment by supervising children at all times and ensuring proper use of toys and equipment. Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, diaper changes, and potty training. Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy play area. Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when required. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child's progress, activities, and any concerns. Skills Proven experience in nannying or caregiving roles with children of various ages. Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones. Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently and respond effectively in emergencies. Strong skills in meal preparation and understanding of nutritional requirements for children. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Ability to clean up after children and maintain a hygienic environment effortlessly. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and team members. Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and positive attitude in caring for children of different temperaments.
