PART TIME RA EVENING SHIFT!

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Assist with ambulation and transfers
• Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Assist with airway management and gastric lavage procedures
• Provide support to patients with behavioral health needs or special needs
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and common areas

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including children
• Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use Please note that specific experience in the mentioned keywords (behavioral health, special needs, eClinicalWorks, airway management, DME, Cerner, sterile processing, gastric lavage) is preferred but not required.
